In order to log into MatrixCare via the DS smart® application, you must be properly associated with a facility. If you are having trouble logging in, user access may be the issue. This guide will show you how to check your facility associations.
1. Log onto the MatrixCare website.
2. Select the Corporate menu, then User Search and find the user you want to check.
3. Locate the Associations box, and select Update.

4. To enable access to one or more facilities via DS smart, uncheck the Region and/or District checkboxes and check next to individual facilities. |
