This guide will show you how to assemble a DS smart® chair scale tablet mount.
We have pre-assembled several components for you. To complete the assembly, you will need a 5/16" wrench.

1. Remove the indicator from the chair scale by pulling the lever underneath. Remove the bolts from the top of the column that hold the indicator bracket. |

2. Attach the tablet holder to the stand. Align the 90-degree plate with the drill pattern from removed bolts. Replace the indicator bracket on the top of the plate and install with the hex-head bolts provided in your mounting kit. Reattach indicator on top of the bracket. |

3. Position tablet mount. Turn the handle on the tablet mount arm counterclockwise to loosen. Then, extend the arm to reposition the tablet mount, and turn the handle clockwise to tighten and fix in place. |

4. Put tablet into tablet holder. If the tablet holder is closed, twist the key in the lock to open the tablet holder. Insert the tablet into the tablet holder, push lever from left to right, lock and remove the key. |
