This guide will show you how to assemble a DS smart® wheelchair scale tablet mount.
We have pre-assembled several components for you. To complete the assembly, you will need a #2 size Philips-head screwdriver.

1. Remove the three Philips-head bolts from the scale column above the latch lever. |

2. Attach the tablet holder to the stand. Align the tablet mounting plate to the drill pattern on the scale column, and install the Philips-head bolts included in your mounting kit. NOTE: Do not reinstall the bolts removed in Step 1, as it will cause instability of the table mount.

3. Position the tablet mount. Turn the handle on the tablet mount arm counterclockwise to loosen. Then, extend the arm to reposition the tablet mount and turn handle clockwise to tighten and fix in place. |

4. Put the tablet into the tablet holder. If the tablet holder is closed, twist key in the lock to open the tablet holder. Insert the tablet into the tablet holder, push lever from left to right, lock and remove the key. |
