This guide will show you how to assemble the vital signs monitor stand, tablet mount, and power strip of an Attendant® Vital Signs Monitors (VSM).
We have pre-assembled several components of the mounting kit for you. You will need a medium Philips-head screwdriver and hex key (both included) for assembly. Alternatively, you can use a power screwdriver/drill set. Lock the wheels on the bottom of the VSM stand prior to assembly.
You will receive two boxes. Review your box contents prior to beginning against this list. Some accessories come in their own individual boxes.

Assembly Instructions
| 1. Attach the pole to the caster base. Ensure wheels are snapped into place on the base prior to attaching the pole. | |
| 2. Flip the stand over. Attach the counterweight. Ensure both nuts are fully tightened. | |
| 3. Attach the basket. | |
| 4. Attach the VSM. |

| 5. Guide the VSM power cord through the pole. |

| 6. Plug the charging cable into the port on the bottom of the tablet. |

Where should I plug in the thermometer?
Plug the thermometer into the side of the VSM.
Did all my blood pressure cuff accessories arrive?
Ensure you check all the individual boxes that come in Box 1. Note that Attendant blood pressure cuffs come in two sizes, but these cover the same range of sizes as the standard three cuffs.
