The Attendant® Ready✔Check Kit is a portable solution for taking resident vitals and responding to resident incidents in your community. To help speed response time, we recommend pairing your discrete devices to the DS smart® app when you first receive your Ready✔Check Kit. This means that when you need to use your Ready✔Check Kit, your devices will also be ready to go. This guide will show you how to connect your Ready✔Check discrete devices with the DS smart® app.

| 1. After selecting your EMR, select Connect under the ReadyCheck option. | |
| 2. Select Add Bluetooth Equipment. If this is your first time using the tablet, no equipment will be configured. | |

3. To add ReadyCheck equipment, we recommend preparing your equipment. Locate the three discrete devices in your Kit. Insert batteries if need and turn them on. When you are ready, select Get Started. |

4. Connect your thermometer by powering the device on and taking a reading. When the vital reading appears on the screen, select Add Equipment if the reading matches. If not, try again. |

5. Connect your pulse oximeter by powering the device on and taking a reading. When the vitals readings appear on the screen, select Add Equipment if the readings match. If not, try again. |

6. Connect your blood pressure monitor by powering the device on and taking a reading. When the vitals readings appear on the screen, select Add Equipment if the readings match. If not, try again. |

7. Verify that all devices have been successfully paired (indicated by the green checkmark). Select Complete. |
Your ReadyCheck Kit and DS smart app are now ready for use! The DS smart app will remember these devices, so you should not need to repeat this workflow.
