My tablet or iPad won't turn on or won't hold a charge - what should I do?
If your Samsung tablet or iPad is experiencing issues with powering on, try these troubleshooting tips:
- Have you restarted the device?
- Turn all the way off, wait 10 seconds, then power on again.

- Is the tablet charged?
- Restart the device, then plug it in and wait until at least 50% charged.

- Is the power cord working?
- Test this by trying to charge another device with the same power cord.

- Is the power source/outlet working?
- Test this by plugging the power cord/device into a different power source.
