The Attendant® Ready✔Check Kit is a portable solution for taking resident vitals and responding to resident incidents in your community. To help speed response time, we recommend pairing your discrete devices to the DS smart® app when you first receive your Ready✔Check Kit. This means that when you need to use your Ready✔Check Kit, your devices will also be ready to go. This guide will show you how to connect your Ready✔Check discrete devices with the DS smart® app.

| 1. After selecting your EMR, select Connect under the ReadyCheck option. | |
| 2. Select Add Equipment. If this is your first time using the tablet, no equipment will be configured. | |

3. To add ReadyCheck equipment, find the matching device on the equipment list. |

4. Select Add to Configuration.

5. You will need to repeat this process three times - once each for the thermometer, pulse oximeter and blood pressure cuff. When you have finished adding all three devices, select Close in the upper right corner. |
Your Ready✔Check Kit and DS smart app are now ready for use! The DS smart app will remember these devices, so you should not need to repeat this workflow.
