My vital signs monitor won't turn on or won't hold a charge - what should I do?
If your vital signs monitor (especially Welch Allen devices) is experiencing issues with staying powered on, your power supply may need to be replaced.
Try these troubleshooting tips:

- Test this by using a known working battery to power the device.

- Is the power source/outlet working?
- Test this by plugging the power cord/device into a different power source.
The warranty covers your battery and power supply for six months, and these may need to be replaced.
