There may be times when your Attendant® Vital Signs Monitor (VSM) may experience errors or display error codes.
Ensure the VSM is not operating in Low Battery Mode. If yes, remove from operation to fully charge. Operating in Low Battery Mode can cause inaccurate readings and error codes.
Common error codes include:
- EEE705 (Blood Pressure) – Ensure SunTech brand BP Cuffs are being used. Inspect for any signs of damage on the existing BP Cuff, Hose, and their connectors. If no signs of damage are visible, borrow a BP Cuff & Hose from another known-to-be-working VSM (that is the same model). If the error goes away, purchase a replacement BP Cuff(s) and/or Hose(s).
- EEE803 (Temperature) – See here for troubleshooting
-
EEE811 (Pulse Oximetry) – Borrow an SPO2 Finger Senor & Adapter Cable from another known-to-be-working VSM (that is the same model). If the error goes away, determine if the Adapter Cable, or the Finger Sensor was the cause, and then purchase a replacement.
